How it works

The Paths2homes.fr platform grants you direct access to a list of comfortable and affordable housing options all over the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. You will be matched with landlords wishing to participate in a solidarity act and whose housings will be verified. You will be trained and supported towards housing by IOM and our support partners

Reach out to your social worker and register

Reach out to your social worker to receive personal login.If you are not supported by a professional, explore our list of partners providing housing support through the interactive map and contact the one closest to you.

Scroll through the housing listings and apply

Log into the platform, scroll through the housing listings and send your application. When applying, you will need to submit the link to your Dossier Facile tenant file. Check our guide on how to create your Dossier Facile case file.

Visit the housing

You will be contacted by the landlord for a visit of the housing unit

Confirm your interest

Sign the lease, with the support of IOM and you social worker

Conditions for participating in the project:

Being a beneficiary of international or temporary protection, recognized by OFPRA
Having stable income
Living in the AURA region and looking for housing in the AURA region
